Users are strongly advised to rely on verified government sources, emergency hotlines, and authorized disaster response offices for immediate guidance during life-threatening situations. TORI Network Inc. disclaims all liability for any damages, losses, or adverse outcomes that may arise from delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate data transmission during disasters. While we strive to maintain reliable services, technical limitations, connectivity issues, or external factors may affect the timeliness and accuracy of information. By using this platform, you acknowledge and accept that TORI Network Inc. cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or absolute accuracy of data during emergencies, and that ultimate responsibility for emergency decisions rests with official authorities and qualified professionals.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your account and access to the TORI Network services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever.

Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to:

Breach or violation of these Terms of Service.
Dissemination of "Fake News," unverified disaster reports, or information intended to cause public panic.
Unauthorized attempts to access our AI infrastructure or API.
Extended periods of inactivity (subject to our internal data retention policies).

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service or contact our support team. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will cease immediately. Provisions regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnity shall survive such termination.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the appropriate jurisdiction within the Philippines, and the parties hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
